Propmansheet is a Ruby on Rails spreadsheet. It was developed using "active scaffolds" for the British Red Cross in London.

It makes it easier for property professionals to present and input property analysis and key note data into a Grosvenor Systems Propman property accounting system.

Spreadsheet

The spreadsheet is a web page that mirrors a current property excel spreadsheets. The data can be updated; new row can be added; sorted; filtered; sub-totaled; reformatted in to a Propman import file and reported on using Business Objects Crystal Report writer or Excel.

Easy Export to External Database

The application can format data into a several keynote or analysis input files which can be easily used (after verification by Propman) to update a live instance of Propman, the property database.

Open Source

The spreadsheet is very flexible as once the basic concepts are understood it can be modified to cope with many different situations.
